Mr. Morlier has been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Louisiana since January, 1979.  He received his Master of Social Work from Tulane University in December, 1976.   He has practiced in multiple settings including child psychiatric inpatient units, outpatient mental health and substance abuse clinics, drug courts and domestic violence programs. He has been in fulltime private practice since January, 2001.  He sees children, adolescents and adult clients utilizing individual, group, marital and/or family sessions deemed appropriate to the situation presented and the client's needs.  These approaches include cognitive-behavior therapy, play therapy, hypnotherapy, stress management training, solution-focused therapies, and Lifespan Integration Therapy.  Additionally, he provides crisis intervention services through the Crisis Care Network for the businesses community in Southeast Louisiana.  He is the past president and active board member of the Louisiana Association of Clinical Social Work (LACSW) and former president and board member of the Louisiana Society for Clinical Work.
