Jonathon J. Rynning, M.D.
Psychiatrist

After graduating from the University of Chicago in 1979, Dr. Rynning got another undergraduate degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock before attending medical school at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. He completed a residency in Psychiatry at LSU Medical Center in 1991 and has been primarily involved in the private practice of psychiatry since then at a variety of medical practices. He was at Jefferson Psychiatric Associates from 2002 to 2022, and during that time he served as the Medical Director and Chair of the Psychiatry Department at East Jefferson General Hospital from 2005-2014. He is happy to join CIFC and to continue to serve the needs of patients in the Jefferson and Orleans parish area
